These terms apply to the Quotes & Invoices online software service operated under the IfUCantFindIt brand. The service is intended primarily for business users. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Quotes & Invoices helps businesses prepare, store and manage quotes and invoices. You are responsible for checking the accuracy, legal wording, tax treatment, VAT treatment, payment details and customer information on documents before issuing them.

Account security and acceptable use

You must keep your login details secure and only use the service for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt to access another business's data, interfere with the service, bypass payment controls or use the service to create fraudulent or misleading documents.

Plans and payments

Current public pricing is shown on the Pricing page before purchase. Monthly plans renew automatically through the displayed payment provider until cancelled. A paid-upfront plan does not have a recurring monthly charge. Any setup fee or promotional/founding price shown during checkout forms part of the price agreed at purchase.

Cancellation, failed payments and refunds

You can cancel a monthly subscription from the account controls where available. Cancellation stops future renewals; existing data is preserved subject to the service's retention policy. If a recurring payment fails, access may become read-only or be suspended until payment is restored. Refund requests are considered in line with applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available and protect customer data, but no online service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep copies of business-critical documents where appropriate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as a business productivity tool and is not a substitute for legal, tax or accounting advice.
