Information we process
We process account details, business contact information, branding and company settings, customer contact information entered by authorised users, quotes and invoices, document metadata, payment/subscription status and service-support information needed to operate the application.
Why we use the information
Information is used to provide and secure the service, keep each business's data separated, create requested documents, manage subscriptions and account status, provide support, prevent misuse and maintain service records. Businesses using the service are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate lawful basis for customer information they enter.
Payment providers and service suppliers
Payment information is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. We store the identifiers and status information required to match payments and subscriptions to an account, rather than storing full payment-card details. The service also relies on hosting and software suppliers required to operate the application.
Security and access
Business records are access-controlled so authorised users can access their own business data and platform administration can support the service. You should protect your login details and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legitimate operational or legal requirements and resolve disputes. If you close an account or request deletion, we will assess what can be removed and what must be retained for legal, security, accounting or transaction-record purposes.
